RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The buyer has the ability to return the product within 14 days from the date it was received. The product must be returned unchanged, with no signs of use, with the tag attached and in the orignial packaging. After recieving the return, the prouduct will be verified, and refund will be issued to the account account. It's important to note, the cost of the returns is left to the client.
At the moment, we do not do direct exchanges. If the size or item does not fulfills your expectations, you can return the product and then order another item.
1.
PACK
Place the product in the orginal packaging with the tag and secure the package, so that the product doesn't get damaged during transportation.
Send your package
Send the return on adress provided with the form. You can return the delivery with any carrier of your choosing. For safety purposes please save the confirmation of sending potwierdzenie until the return process is done. A reminder, the cost of return falls on the side of the buyer.
3.
Obtain your refund
The refund will be reacieved within 14 days from the moment we receive your return, and wired to the bank account numer on the filled out form.
