Complaints 

We are sorry if the product you purchased from us turned out to be defective. To submit a complaint, please fill out the complaint form.

After completing the complaint form, please send the defective product to the following address:

Your rights regarding the defect:

  • Replacement with a new product

  • Refund to the bank account you specify

We will respond to your complaint promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. We are liable for defects discovered within two years from the date the product was delivered. It is best to submit a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but don’t worry – the time to file your complaint will not expire earlier than the period of our liability. The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of receiving your submission – as quickly as possible! You can find more details in our Sales Regulations.

Notice for entrepreneurs and non-consumers:

In this case, we are liable within the limits of the law, up to the value of the order, for one year from the product was delivered. The above rules apply in particular to our consumer customers.
